2. Orders and Payments

• Orders can be placed via our website, and we send confirmation to the provided email.
• Cash on delivery is the only payment method available as it requires customers to have the whole amount ready upon delivery of the order.
• The website mentions the prices that are final at the end checkout. Additional charges, such as those for delivery, are stated just before the order completes.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Further, we only deliver within Hong Kong.
• Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout, but these are purely estimates and can change due to certain unforeseen circumstances.
• If the customer provides wrong address details, then in case of loss in delivery, there might be a charge for another attempt of delivery.

4. Returns and Refund Policies

• The items will only be subjected to a return if not the actual item delivered, damaged, or not matching the product description.
• You can request for return within 3 days of receipt of the order.
• The refund will be done via bank transfer, but the product must be first returned and verified before processing the refund.
• Change-of-mind purchases do not accept terms of return.
