Returns
You can return an item if it is the wrong one or damaged or doesn't match what is in the description in the website. When you do, please write down your order details and send in pictures of the item that shows the issue.
Those eligible for returns are:
- The item is in original state and should not have been used.
- It should have all the original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Should have made return requests within a given timeframe.
Refunds
Bank transfers are the only payment mode available for refunds due to return approvals. Cash refunds are not given, nor are other alternative forms of payment used. Refunds will be processed after receiving the item back and inspection done. The processing duration is dependent on the banking institution being used.
Cash on Delivery Payments
Cash on delivery is the only form of payment for product purchases on this site. Payments for orders are made upon receiving a product.
